Conformance status
The target is conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA, the level required by European and Italian law for obliged entities. According to the self-assessment of 2 October 2026 the site is partially conformant: the checks below pass, but an independent review is missing.
Legal obligations
Modentra Dev is a microenterprise that provides consulting to businesses. According to AgID, service microenterprises are excluded from Legislative Decree 82/2022 and the guidelines for private entities concern those with turnover above 500 million euros: the site therefore does not appear to be subject to these obligations. We nonetheless apply the same standards voluntarily. This page is not legal advice.
What is checked
- Automated check with axe-core on every page, in light and dark theme, on phone and desktop screens, at every change (WCAG 2.2 A and AA).
- Reflow at 320 px with no horizontal scrolling (1.4.10) and increased text spacing (1.4.12).
- Keyboard navigation: a "Skip to content" link as the first element, a visible focus indicator (2.4.7) and a consent banner that does not cover the focus (2.4.11).
- Text contrast of at least 7:1 (1.4.6, level AAA) in light and dark themes.
- No time limits (2.2.3) and no flashing (2.3.2). Animations stop when "reduce motion" is on in the system (2.3.3).
- Diagrams as images with a title and a text description; page language declared; hierarchical headings and a single h1 per page.
Known limits
- No assessment by a third party and no testing with users of assistive technology has been done: automated checks do not cover every criterion.
- Level AAA is not claimed for the whole site: some criteria, such as reading level (3.1.5) or pronunciation, are not met for technical texts.
- Technical notes link to external sources, whose sites we do not control.
